<jats:p>Đặt vấn đề: Insulin degludec và insulin glargine là những loại insulin có tác dụng chậm và kéo dài, giúp hạ đường huyết ổn định. Phân tích chi phí-hiệu quả liên quan đến việc lựa chọn sử dụng insulin degludec so với insulin glargine trong điều trị đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) đã được thực hiện ở nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu tổng quan hệ thống kết quả các phân tích chi phí-hiệu quả của insulin degludec so với insulin glargine trong điều trị đái tháo đường. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Quy trình tổng quan được tiến hành thông qua việc tìm kiếm và tổng hợp thông tin về quần thể mục tiêu, quan điểm chi trả, đặc điểm của mô hình nghiên cứu, thiết kế nghiên cứu, loại chi phí, ngưỡng sẵn sàng chi trả (WTP), chỉ số chi phí-hiệu quả tăng thêm (ICER) của các công bố liên quan đến chi phí-hiệu quả của insulin degludec so với insulin glargine trong điều trị đái tháo đường giai đoạn 2016-2021. Kết quả: Trong 12 nghiên cứuđạt tiêu chí lựa chọn để thực hiện tổng quan hệ thống, có 7 nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên cả người bệnh đái tháo đường type 1 và type 2, quan điểm chi trả được sử dụng nhiều nhất trong các nghiên cứu là quan điểm của hệ thống y tế, chiếm 58,3%. Đa số các nghiên cứu cho thấy insulin degludec đạt chi phí-hiệu quả so với insulin glargine, với giá trị chỉ số ICER/QALY giữa các nghiên cứu rất đa dạng, và cao nhất là 665.310 USD/QALY. Kết luận: Kết quả nghiên cứu tổng quan hệ thống cho thấy việc sử dụng insulin degludec thay thế insulin glargine trong điều trị đái tháo đường ở người bệnh chưa được kiểm soát đường huyết ở mức tối ưu là đạt chi phí-hiệu quả, có thể cân nhắc lựa chọn trong quá trình điều trị cho người bệnh. </jats:p>
