<jats:p>Đặt vấn đề: Đau vai gáy do thoái hóa cột sống cổ là bệnh lý cơ xương khớp phổ biến, gây đau kéo dài và hạn chế vận động, ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến chất lượng cuộc sống. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: So sánh hiệu quả điều trị đau vai gáy do Thoái hóa cột sống cổ thể can thận âm hư bằng tập dưỡng sinh, xoa bóp bấm huyệt, điện châm và Dưỡng cốt hoàn với xoa bóp bấm huyệt, điện châm và Dưỡng cốt hoàn. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng ngẫu nhiên có đối chứng trên 88 bệnh nhân đau vai gáy do thoái hóa cột sống cổ đang điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện Y dược cổ truyền Kiên Giang từ tháng 05/2025 đến tháng 01/2026. Nhóm nghiên cứu (n=44) được điều trị bằng điện châm, xoa bóp bấm huyệt, tập dưỡng sinh và Dưỡng cốt hoàn; nhóm đối chứng (n=44) không áp dụng tập dưỡng sinh. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên 88 người bệnh đau vai gáy do thoái hóa cột sống cổ thể Can Thận âm hư. Tuổi trung bình là 59,77±10,12 tuổi. Nữ giới chiếm tỷ lệ cao hơn nam giới (67,1% so với 32,9%). Sau 14 điều trị ngày, Sau 14 ngày điều trị, điểm đau VAS ở nhóm nghiên cứu giảm từ 6,43±0,54 xuống 1,61±0,53 điểm, thấp hơn nhóm đối chứng là 2,02±0,62 điểm với p<0,05. Tỷ lệ người bệnh không còn hạn chế vận động cột sống cổ ở nhóm nghiên cứu đạt 84,09%, cao hơn đáng kể so với nhóm đối chứng là 27,27% với p<0,05. Kết luận: Phác đồ có bổ sung tập dưỡng sinh mang lại hiệu quả giảm đau và cải thiện tầm vận động cột sống cổ nhiều hơn so với phác đồ không có tập dưỡng sinh. </jats:p>
