Đặt vấn đề: Bệnh động mạch vành là nguyên nhân tử vong hàng đầu trên thế giới. Ngoài các yếu tố nguy cơ truyền thống thì yếu tố di truyền có vai trò quan trọng trong cơ chế xơ vữa bệnh động mạch vành. Đa hình rs501120 của gen CXCL12 được xem là có liên quan đến tổn thương động mạch vành. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Khảo sát đặc điểm đa hình rs501120 gen CXCL12 và một số yếu tố liên quan với mức độ tổn thương động mạch vành ở bệnh nhân hội chứng động mạch vành mạn. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 84 bệnh nhân nhập viện tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Trung ương Cần Thơ và Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ được chẩn đoán hội chứng động mạch vành mạn và có chụp mạch vành qua da từ năm 2024 - 2026. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ kiểu gen đa hình rs501120 trong nhóm hẹp ý nghĩa lần lượt là CC: 7,1%, CT: 23,8% và TT: 69%, kiểu gen TT được ghi nhận là yếu tố liên quan độc lập với tổn thương động mạch vành theo thang điểm Gensini với p = 0,043.Hút thuốc lá (p = 0,001), tăng huyết áp (p = 0,029), béo phì (p = 0,019) và tiền sử gia đình mắc bệnh tim mạch sớm (p < 0,001) có liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê với tình trạng hẹp ý nghĩa động mạch vành. Kết luận: Kiểu gen TT đa hình rs501120 là yếu tố liên quan độc lập với tổn thương động mạch vành theo thang điểm Gensini.
