Tóm tắt
Trượt đốt sống là tình trạng trượt đốt sống phía trên so với đốt sống phía dưới. Đây là một bệnh lý hay gặp ở vùng thắt lưng. Sự xuất hiện trượt đốt sống đi kèm với vẹo cột sống ở trẻ em đã được đề cập trong y văn với tỷ lệ khoảng 4% - 8% và tần suất xuất hiện hai tổn thương này trên cùng một bệnh nhân khoảng 15% - 43%. Cho đến nay vẫn còn nhiều tranh luận cũng như chưa có một phác đồ điều trị tốt nhất cho tổn thương này. Chúng tôi xin phép được chia sẻ cập nhật y văn và một trường hợp lâm sàng điển hình mà chúng tôi đã phẫu thuật trong thời gian qua.
