Objectives: To determine the rate of minimum dietary diversity and some factors related to the minimum dietary diversity of women aged 15-49 in Phong Dien district, Can Tho City in 2024. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 424 women aged 15-49 living in Phong Dien district, Can Tho City be using a multi-stage sampling method. Results: Our study of 424 subjects showed a high achievement of minimum dietary diversity (≥ 5 food groups), with 95.3% meeting this threshold. Economic status had a significant impact, with non-poor women being 5.5 times more likely to meet the minimum dietary diversity. Knowledge and awareness of dietary diversity were also key factors, increasing the likelihood of meeting the threshold by 4.1 times.
