DỊCH COVID-19 VÀ CƠ HỘI PHÁT TRIỂN CỦA DỊCH VỤ KHÁM CHỮA BỆNH TỪ XA (TELEMEDICINE)

Đặt vấn đề: Đại dịch Covid-19 đã kéo dài hơn nửa năm qua tại Việt Nam cũng như trên toàn thế giới. Nhằm hạn chế sự lây lan và bảo vệ sức khỏe, tính mạng cho người dân, Chính phủ đã thiết lập lệnh giới nghiêm, thực hiện giãn cách xã hội. Tuy nhiên trong bối cảnh bệnh dịch, ngành y tế vẫn cần phải tiếp tục duy trì các dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe đã dẫn đến thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các dịch vụ y tế từ xa (Telemedicine). Nội dung: Qua các nghiên cứu ghi nhận, sự tác động mạnh mẽ cùng những thiệt hại to lớn đến nền y tế do Covid19 gây ra và Telemedicine là giải pháp cần thiết nhất lúc này, góp phần xóa đi rào cản về địa lý trong quá trình khám - chữa bệnh, phòng chống dịch, nâng cao chuyên môn, giảm chi phí và giảm quá tải cho tuyến trên. Kết luận: Đại dịch Covid-19 là cuộc khủng hoảng toàn cầu mà Việt Nam và nhiều quốc gia đang phải đối mặt. Dịch vụ y tế từ xa (Telemedicine) sẽ trở thành trục xương sống cho sự phát triển và tái tổ chức hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe trong thế kỷ XXI.
