Đặt vấn đề: Gãy xương đòn là một trong các gãy xương thường gặp nhất của chi trên. Điều trị phẫu thuật đã được chứng minh có thời gian lành xương sớm hơn và giảm tỷ lệ khớp giả so với điều trị bảo tồn. Tuy nhiên mổ mở với đường mổ dài cũng có các biến chứng. Phương pháp kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa can thiệp tối thiểu dưới màn hình tăng sáng có thể giúp giảm tỷ lệ các biến chứng do đường mổ nhỏ, ít tổn hại mô mềm và mạch máu nuôi xương. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Đánh giá kết quả điều trị gãy kín thân xương đòn bằng phương pháp kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa can thiệp tối thiểu dưới màn hình tăng sáng. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 15 bệnh nhân gãy thân xương đòn được phẫu thuật kết hợp xương bằng nẹp vít khóa can thiệp tối thiểu dưới màn hình tăng sáng từ 02/2025 đến 12/2025. Kết quả: Độ tuổi trung bình của nghiên cứu là 39,7 ± 11,3; Kích thước mỗi đường mổ trung bình là 2,5 ± 0,5 cm; Tỷ lệ liền xương sau 6 tháng 100%. Điểm Constant-Murley trung bình 86,5 ± 5,8. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa can thiệp tối thiểu dưới màn hình tăng sáng an toàn, hiệu quả và bảo tồn máu nuôi xương giúp giảm thời gian lành xương và mang lại ưu điểm về mặt thẩm mỹ.
