  Đặt vấn đề: Phục hồi răng cối lớn đã điều trị nội nha là một thách thức lâm sàng do sự mất mô răng lớn và nguy cơ nứt gãy cao. Onlay/overlay composite bán trực tiếp là một phương pháp điều trị xâm lấn tối thiểu và tiết kiệm chi phí. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng và đánh giá kết quả phục hồi của răng cối lớn đã điều trị nội nha bằng onlay/overlay composite theo phương pháp bán trực tiếp. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng tiến cứu, một nhóm, theo dõi dọc 6 tháng trên 60 răng cối lớn đã điều trị nội nha tốt. Tất cả các răng được phục hồi bằng onlay/overlay composite bán trực tiếp tuân theo một quy trình lâm sàng chuẩn hóa. Kết quả: Đa số các tiêu chí đánh giá đạt mức tốt; tỷ lệ thành công chung đạt 98,33%, chỉ 1/60 trường hợp thất bại sau 6 tháng theo dõi. Kết luận: Phục hồi onlay/overlay composite bán trực tiếp có hiệu quả lâm sàng ngắn hạn khả quan và là một lựa chọn điều trị bảo tồn và tiết kiệm chi phí thích hợp cho việc tái tạo lại chức năng ăn nhai và thẩm mỹ cho răng hậu nội nha.
