Abstract

Background: Lumbar spine pain was a widespread problem in human life, seriously affecting daily life and production. With many outstanding achievements in treatment, both medical and surgical, in which physiotherapy – rehabilitation and community-based rehabilitation, make a significant contribution to the treatment to help patients reintegrate early in social life. Objectives: Evaluation of the results of treatment of lumbar spine pain with community-based rehabilitation measures and factors related to the treatment outcomes of the disease visited at the Department of Rehabilitation, An Giang Central General Hospital in 2020-2021. Materials and method: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 100 patients who came for examination and treatment at the rehabilitation clinic of An Giang Central General Hospital. Results: The rate of study subjects with treatment response was 94.0%. Factors related to disease and treatment results include age, osteoporosis status. Conclusions: The improvement of treatment results dramatically improves the patient's ability to live.
