Background: It is very necessary to survey treatment results of patients with COVID-19. Objectives: Description of demographic, clinical, subclinical characteristics, and treatment results; Survey the risk factors for death of COVID-19 patients. Materials and methods: Retrospective study on patients with COVID-19. Result: 2.6% patient were died. 355 patients (66.9%) were vaccinated with 3 doses. Chest X-ray showed opacities (20.5%). 14 patients (2.6%) were assessed as critical. Through multivariable logistic regression analysis, we recorded 5 independent risk factors for death: Chronic renal failure (p=0.003, OR=7.57, 95%CI: 2.04-28.11); Symptoms of loss of appetite (p=0.009, OR=14.9, 95%CI: 1.98-112.2); Heart rate ≥ 100 beats/min (p=0.03, OR=9.13, 95%CI: 1.19-69.8); Respiratory rate ≥ 24 breaths/min (p=0.01, OR=11.26, 95%CI: 1.75-72.6); Severity of COVID-19 (p < 0.001, OR=116.6, 95%CI: 10.8-1255.9). Conclusions: Patients with one of 5 independent risk factors for death are require active treatment and monitoring.
