Abstract

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects the way we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we respond to stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence to adulthood and old age. "Mental health" is a very important factor for a happy personal life and a democratic, sustainable and developed society. The concept of mental health is not correct and awareness is not complete. To meet the increasing demand for mental health care and management, we see a need for a comprehensive solution and a long-term development strategy for the psychiatry industry nationwide. And it requires not only the health sector but also society to get involved. First of all, it is necessary to train and build a team of psychiatrists with sufficient quantity and good quality, and have regimes and policies to attract good and good university graduates into the field of psychology. It is necessary to build enough provincial mental hospitals. Increase funding for the psychiatric sector. Regularly propagate mental health issues to the entire population. Prevention for everyone; Early identification and intervention for those at risk; Active care and treatment for patients, rehabilitation. Minimize the risk of mental disorders.
