TÌNH HÌNH THỰC HIỆN MỘT SỐ TIÊU CHÍ CỦA TIÊU CHUẨN THỰC HÀNH TỐT BẢO QUẢN THUỐC (GSP) TẠI KHOA DƯỢC - BỆNH VIỆN ĐA KHOA KHU VỰC VÀ ĐA KHOA TUYẾN TỈNH TRÊN ĐỊA BÀN TỈNH LONG AN NĂM 2020-2021

Abstract

Background: Medicine is a special, essential and highly social commodity, not only for medical examination and treatment but also used in many situations (epidemic, natural disaster, war, etc.). Good Storage Practice (GSP) is a set of principles and standards for drugs and medicinal ingredients preservation in order to ensure and maintain the safety and quality of drugs and medicinal ingredients in the best way through full control during storage. Objectives: Determine the percentage of criteria that do not meet GSP standards, and evaluate the results after intervened on these criteria by communicative and administrative methods at the Faculty of Pharmacy - Regional General Hospital and Provincial General Hospital in Long An province in 2020-2021. Materials and methods: Faculty of Pharmacy of regional and provincial general hospitals in Long An province by the method of retrospective cross-sectional descriptive research with analysis and intervention. Collect data by questionnaires/surve. Results: The pharmacy department staffs of the hospitals meet basically the GSP standards and pharmacy payroll. Medicines are preserved in conditions to ensure quality maintenance with correct regulations, arranged in the right area and having drugs import and export process according to FEFO / FIFO principles. Documents are fully recorded, comply strictly with the hospital regulations on management, storage and destruction. The pharmacy department has plans for self-inspection periodically and irregularly. Conclusion: Continue to improve professional qualifications, training and intensive training in management major; regularly check periodically or irregularly the preservation of the warehouse according to the principle of “Good Storage Practice”.
