STUDY ON CLINICAL, SUBCLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EVALUATION OF THE TREATMENT RESULTS OF ENTITY OVARIAN CYSTS WITH LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY AT HAU GIANG GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2019 - 2020

Abstract
Background: One of the most widely used laparoscopic surgeries in gynecology is ovarian cyst surgery, which involves removing the ovary, removing an appendage or removing the cyst. Objectives: (1) Description of clinical and subclinical characteristics of patients with entity ovarian cysts at Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Hau Giang General Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020; (2) Evaluation of laparoscopic surgical treatment results in patients with entity ovarian cysts. Materials and methods: The patient was diagnosed with an actual ovarian cyst at Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Hau Giang General Hospital. Cross-sectional descriptive study with analysis. Results: The most common age group is 20-35 years old. One side ovarian cysts (more than two sides ovarian cysts) accounted for 88.52%. The largest tumor size during endoscopy is 14 cm, the smallest is 3 cm. Ovarian cysts had 54.24% drum reflection. CA-125 ≥ 35UI / ml is 28.81%. High successful laparoscopic surgeries accounted for 89.83%. Ovarian preservation tumor removal accounted for 49.15% rate. The average time of surgery was 47.37 minutes. The most common ovarian water cyst accounted for 61.02%. The average postoperative hospital stay was 3.8 days. Conclusion: 86.44% of ovarian cysts had clinical symptoms. The rate of successful laparoscopic surgery was 89.83%. Water cysts accounted for the highest percentage 61.02%.
