Abstract

Blunt abdominal trauma can injure any abdominal organs which had significant morbidity and mortality in paediatric. The diagnosis of blunt intestinal injury in children may be evident at the time of trauma or may be delayed. We present a case of eight-year-old male child with isolated jejunal ruptured, post history of handlebar bicycle injury and successful surgical intervention in this patient.
