Tóm tắt

Đặt vấn đề: Lãnh đạo điều dưỡng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc tạo điều kiện và cải thiện hiệu suất của điều dưỡng, điều này rất cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc chất lượng và đảm bảo an toàn cho người bệnh, tăng sự hài lòng giảm các sai sót trong quá trình chăm sóc, góp phần đem lại hạnh phúc, sự gắn bó và hài lòng trong công việc cho lực lượng lao động điều dưỡng với tổ chức. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Đánh giá kỹ năng lãnh đạo của người điều dưỡng quản lý và một số yếu tố liên quan đến kỹ năng lãnh đạo. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 160 điều dưỡng quản lý tại các Bệnh viện Đa khoa hạng 1 ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả: Kỹ năng lãnh đạo của người điều dưỡng quản lý ở mức trung bình (59,55 ± 10,45). Kết quả phân tích cho thấy không có sự tồn tại mối liên quan giữa giới tính, vị trí quản lý với kỹ năng lãnh đạo lần lượt là p=0,552, và p=0,426. Tuy nhiên, có mối liên quan giữa số năm làm việc ở vị trí quản lý với kỹ năng lãnh đạo (p=0,001). Kết luận: Cần có các chương trình đào tạo liên tục, cung cấp cho điều dưỡng quản lý các kỹ năng về lãnh đạo khi đảm nhận vị trí quản lý nhằm phát huy được năng lực, lãnh đạo hiệu quả.
